Bookings and process
How do you book a day or a week?
You start via WhatsApp, email or the form at /contacto. We come back within 48 hours with a first itinerary on a single page. If it suits you, we confirm real availability with the providers and send a closed proposal with budget and terms. The booking is firm once the deposit is paid (usually 30-50%).
How far in advance should I get in touch?
For a week in high season (June-September) we recommend 4-6 weeks' notice, especially if you want a specific villa + specific yacht + reservations at small restaurants. For single days or low season, 1-2 weeks is usually enough. We will try last-minute requests, but the catalogue narrows.
Do I have to book the full package?
No. You can book just a yacht day, just a villa, just one experience, or any combination. The advantage of going through us is the coordination of schedules and transfers between elements, but booking individual pieces works too.
Prices and payments
How much does a week in Mallorca with Balearic Experience cost?
The price depends entirely on what you choose. A bespoke day starts at €1,936 all-inclusive for small groups. A full week (villa + yacht + experiences + transport + restaurants) usually falls between €15,000 and €60,000 depending on the villa, the yacht and the duration. We quote each proposal to measure, with a clear breakdown before booking.
What does the price include?
Each proposal sets out what is included and what is not. As a general guide: villa with cleaning service, yacht with skipper + hostess + fuel for normal use, airport-villa-port transfer, restaurant reservations, contracted experiences with guides. It usually does NOT include extras on board (premium champagne, fuel for long passages), tips, or restaurant bills.
How is payment made?
Bank transfer on confirming the booking (deposit 30-50%) and the balance before the service begins. For corporate groups, an invoice with VAT in line with Spanish regulations. We charge no additional commission to the client — we live on the margin agreed with the providers.
Logistics
What languages do you speak?
Spanish, English and native German in the concierge team. For Italian and French we have associates. The main drivers and skippers speak English + Spanish. For groups that need another specific language, we arrange it in advance.
Will you pick me up at the airport?
Yes. A Mercedes V-Class transfer from Son Sant Joan to your villa or yacht is included in most packages. If you arrive by private flight at Son Sant Joan FBO or by helicopter at Son Bonet, the transfer is adjusted to the correct landing point.
And if it rains or the sea is rough?
For water activities (yacht, speedboat), the skipper decides whether conditions allow setting off. If a day is cancelled due to weather not attributable to the client, it is rescheduled to another available day or the proportional part is refunded. For land activities (routes, dinners), Mallorca allows the plan to be adjusted to the day.
Groups, families, privacy
Do you work with families with children?
Yes. We have villas with fenced pools, yachts with crews experienced with minors, restaurants with a real children's menu (not nuggets), and adapted experiences (short Tramuntana routes, shallow coves). Tell us the children's ages when you get in touch so we can fine-tune the proposal.
What is the maximum group size?
A single private villa accommodates up to 14 people (Villa Era). For larger groups (15-30 pax) we combine two nearby villas or use the partner Hotel Banyols. Yachts: up to 12 pax/day per Pavilion of Convention (Balearic regulations). For large events (weddings, corporate retreats) we quote to measure with additional infrastructure.
Do you guarantee discretion for high-profile clients?
Yes. We work with owners and skippers used to UHNWI clients. We do not publish names, your booking does not appear on social media, the available properties are private (not listed on Airbnb or aggregators), and the providers sign confidentiality agreements when you request it.
Do you cater for special diets or allergies?
Of course. A private chef in the villa adapts the menu to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, specific allergies. Restaurants booked in advance receive the instructions before the table is set. For severe allergies, let us know in the initial proposal so we can validate it with each provider.
