Frequently asked questions
How much does a private day in Mallorca cost?
Between €550 and €860 for a group of one to three people, and between €620 and €940 for groups of four to six, plus VAT. The price is per vehicle and per full experience, not per person: four friends pay the same as six. The cheapest is the day in Palma (4 hours, €550) and the fullest is the winery tasting in Sóller (5 hours, €860).
What does the price include, and what doesn't it?
It includes the luxury vehicle with driver, the concierge who builds the route, pick-up and drop-off at your hotel, and the coordination of every stop on the itinerary. It does not include entrance fees, meals or tastings: those are booked separately and paid on site. The olive oil mill visit with tasting, for instance, is €50 per person plus VAT.
Where and when do you pick us up?
At the door of your hotel, villa or marina, at whatever time you agree, returning to the same place at the end. There is no meeting point and no fixed departure: the route is built around where you are staying, so a group in Pollença does not start at the same hour as one in Palma.
How long does it last, and can we extend it?
Four or five hours depending on the experience. You can extend it on the day for €110 per hour plus VAT, decided on the spot if the group wants longer at a cove or in a village. No advance notice needed.
How many people fit?
Up to six, which is the vehicle's capacity. Pricing works in two brackets: one to three passengers, and four to six. For larger groups we coordinate two vehicles and quote that separately.
What languages do you work in?
Native Spanish, English and German in the concierge team. Drivers speak English and Spanish. Italian and French are covered through partners, and any other language needs advance notice.
What happens if it rains?
Day routes are on land, so they are not cancelled for rain — they are reordered. The driver changes the sequence of stops to dodge the shower, or swaps a cove for a winery or a sheltered village. Mallorca allows that adjustment on almost any day of the year.
How far in advance should we book?
One or two weeks is enough for a single day. In July and August, allow three or four, especially for a specific date or if you want a winery, which has limited capacity. You get an answer within 48 hours with real availability, not a «we'll look into it».
