A morning at Can Det, a historic olive grove in Sóller with the old manor house of the producing family. You walk among the olive trees, learn about the varieties and how they are tended, and finish with a guided tasting of their extra-virgin oils.
Afterwards you head down to Port de Sóller: the harbour, the boutiques and views of the Serra de Tramuntana to close the day.
