The chauffeur knows the yacht leaves at 11:00 and there is dinner at Sa Foradada at 21:30. We tell him before you do.

Yes. On the full 8–12 hour day you move from villa to port or from the mountains to dinner on the fly. The chauffeur already knows the yacht leaves at 11:00 and there's a table in Deià at 21:30 — we tell him before you do.
