Service · Concierge
One concierge, six suppliers fewer.
Villa, yacht, helicopter, driver, chef and the week's reservations in a single conversation. Someone who knows the island holds the thread, and you don't open six tabs to piece a trip together.
What's included
- 01
One person, the whole trip
The same contact from the first question to the last transfer. No re-explaining who you are or what you already asked for.
- 02
Six verticals, one signature
179 yachts published with prices, 4 villas walked by the team, helicopter, chauffeured transport, private chef and 7 day experiences. They are coordinated with each other, not separately.
- 03
One proposal, one invoice
Everything arrives together and itemised before you book. Not six deposits, six cancellation policies and six contacts across time zones.
- 04
No concierge fee
The margin is agreed with the suppliers, so nothing is added on your side. The price you see is the price you pay.
Pricing
No separate fee
No concierge fee is charged: the margin is agreed with the suppliers. A private day starts at €550 and a full week sits between €15,000 and €60,000 depending on the villa, the yacht and the number of days. Every proposal comes itemised before you book.
Frequently asked questions
What does a luxury concierge in Mallorca actually do?
Coordinates in a single conversation what normally takes six separate suppliers: yacht, villa, helicopter, driver, chef and the week's reservations. One person holds the thread, one proposal gathers everything and one invoice closes it. At Balearic that person replies within 48 hours and works in Spanish, English or German.
How much does a concierge in Mallorca cost?
There is no separate concierge fee: the margin is agreed with the suppliers, so the price you see is the price you pay. A private day starts at €550 and a full week — villa, yacht, chef and transfers — sits between €15,000 and €60,000 depending on the villa, the yacht and the number of days. Every proposal comes itemised before you book.
How is this different from a travel agency or a yacht broker?
A broker sells boats and a villa agency sells houses: each solves its own vertical and leaves the fitting-together to you. Here the six verticals sit under one signature — 179 yachts published with prices, 4 villas, helicopter, ground transport, chef and 7 day experiences — so what gets coordinated is not one piece, it is the whole calendar.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks for July and August, especially if you want a specific villa with a specific yacht and tables at small restaurants. Outside high season, two or three weeks is enough. Last-minute is always worth asking, but the available catalogue shrinks.
Do you only work in Mallorca?
The base is in Palma and most of the work is Mallorca, but the coordination reaches Cabrera, Ibiza, Formentera and Menorca — which is exactly where island hopping and the helicopter make sense. Beyond the Balearics, no.
Ready when you are
Shall we coordinate it with the rest of your week?
We weave this service into your yacht, your villa, your dinner, your flight. One invoice, one team, without you organising any of it.
