Frequently asked questions
How much does a week in Mallorca cost?
Between €15,000 and €60,000 for a full week with villa, yacht, chef and transfers, depending on which villa, which yacht and how many days. Every proposal is quoted with a breakdown before booking, so the figure you sign is not a range: it is a closed price, line by line.
What does the week include?
Villa with housekeeping, yacht with skipper and hostess plus fuel for normal use, airport transfer to villa and marina, restaurant bookings, and the experiences contracted with their guides. It does not include extras on board, tips, or what you spend in restaurants.
Do we have to book the whole week?
No. You can book just the yacht for a day, just the villa, just one experience, or any combination. What you gain by going through us is the coordination of timings and transfers between pieces; booking single pieces works too.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer, with a 30-50% deposit on confirmation and the balance before the stay begins. For companies, an invoice with VAT under Spanish law. No additional commission is charged to you: the margin is agreed with the suppliers.
Do you pick us up at the airport?
Yes, in a Mercedes V-Class from Son Sant Joan to the villa or the marina, included in most proposals. If you arrive by private jet at the FBO terminal or by helicopter at Son Bonet, the transfer is adjusted to the right apron.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks for high season (June to September), especially if you want a specific villa with a specific yacht and tables at small restaurants. In low season, two or three weeks is enough. Last-minute is worth asking, but the available catalogue shrinks.
What if we travel with children?
The plan adapts: approved car seats on transfers, child-size life jackets on board, anchoring in coves with little current, and timings that respect naps. Tell us the ages when you ask for a quote, because it changes which yacht and which villa make sense.
