A practical guide to planning a luxury trip to Mallorca

A well-planned luxury trip to Mallorca brings together yacht, villa, chef and transfers under one team, with budgets running from €550 for a private day to €60,000 for a full week. The proposal lands within 48 hours of first contact, without you juggling six separate suppliers yourself.

01When to go and how much to budget

Mallorca's season runs May to October. July and August are peak months: book the yacht, the villa and restaurant tables weeks ahead. Late May, June and September are the shoulder season — the same good weather, far fewer people and lower prices. October closes the season, better suited to single days than full weeks.

Your budget depends on what you put together. A private day runs from €550 to €860. A full week — villa, yacht, chef and transfers — runs €15,000 to €60,000, more on premium proposals. Yacht fuel is always billed separately, at the day's actual consumption.

On multi-day charters, the APA (provisioning) typically adds another 25% to 35% on top of the yacht rate. It's always itemised, and whatever is left over is returned at the end of the charter.

02The pieces to fit together: yacht, villa, chef, transfers and experiences

The crewed yacht is the centrepiece of most trips: from €1,936 a day on a Fjord 44 to €17,150 a day on an Azimut Grande 32. With a skipper aboard, you never need a boat licence.

The villa and the chauffeur are quoted to your dates, with a proposal in 24-48 hours. A private chef starts at €110 per person for groups of 8 or more, and a winery tasting from €95 per person — with around 11 Michelin stars across roughly 10 restaurants on the island, book your table ahead.

To leave Mallorca, island hopping starts at €4,800 by helicopter to Cabrera (up to 4 people) or from €6,000 by yacht plus the permit. The Serra de Tramuntana, Ibiza, Formentera and Menorca round out the wider picture, each on its own rhythm within the trip.

03Why one team beats juggling six suppliers

Organising a trip like this yourself means coordinating six different suppliers — villa, yacht, chef, helicopter, chauffeur, excursions — each with its own timing, pricing and deposits. Move one date and the rest shift with it, and you're the one keeping track.

With a concierge team, those six pieces become one proposal and one invoice. We arrange departures from Palma, Andratx, Sóller, Pollença, Alcúdia or Ibiza depending on where you're staying, and fit the order of experiences to the wind and sea state on the day.

It's the difference returning clients describe: “An unforgettable experience. Balearic Experience exceeded all our expectations: we booked several activities across Mallorca and everything was perfectly organised — punctual, professional and with an attention to detail that makes all the difference. They clearly know the island inside out. We'll be back without a doubt,” says Eduardo Jurado Fernández in his Google review (★★★★★).

04How to start: the process, step by step

The first step is telling us the plan: dates, group size and a rough budget, over WhatsApp at +34 665 642 207 or through the website form.

From there, a detailed proposal lands within 48 hours, with each piece — yacht, villa, chef, transfers — priced separately. It gets adjusted as many times as needed before you confirm with a deposit.

In July and August, the sooner the proposal is confirmed, the more yacht and table options stay open. Outside those two months there's more room to manoeuvre, though the same 48-hour process runs all year.

How much does a luxury trip to Mallorca cost?

It depends on what you include. A private day runs €550 to €860; a full week with villa, yacht, chef and transfers runs €15,000 to €60,000, more on premium proposals. Fuel and, on multi-day charters, the APA (25-35% extra) are billed separately.

Do I need to book each service separately?

No. One team coordinates the yacht, villa, chef, chauffeur, helicopter and experiences, and it all arrives as a single proposal and a single invoice, instead of you managing six suppliers with their own timing and deposits.

When should I book my trip?

The season runs May to October. In July and August, the busiest months, it pays to confirm the proposal weeks ahead. Late May, June and September bring the same good weather with more availability and lower prices.
